I am currently a postdoc working with Yun S. Song in the Departments of Statistics and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley. My research is in machine learning, higher-order tensors, and statistical/population genetics.

In 2016 and 2017, I was a Simons Math+X Postdoctoral Fellow in Song Lab visiting the Department of Mathematics, University of Pennsylvania.

Before that, I obtained my PhD in Statistics at the University of Chicago where my dissertation commitees are Mary Sara McPeek (advisor), Peter McCullagh, and Dan Nicolae .

Originally from China, I received my BS in Mathematics from Fudan University, Shanghai.
